If you’re going to have a problem with acne/pimples, this is kind of the “best” of a bad situation. They come out pretty easily with little use of tools, don’t leave really leave enlarged pores and the skin isn’t looking terrible while healing or creating bad scars. Of course it’s not something you’d want to deal with, but it could be a lot worse. Hope he’s doing well – he’s got great bone structure and will look wonderful with some care
