This poor guy! My husband had really bad acne like this on his back too. It was SO painful for him. Drying off after a shower, a T-shirt or sweater rubbing on it, and extractions were absolutely excruciating.
He had to wear at least 2 undershirts and then his work shirt in case a scab came off or he somehow ruptured a cyst, otherwise he would have blood and pus seeping visibly on his dress shirt! Very hot in the summer months. It took years to get it under control and I was a professional skin therapist!
My heart hurts for anyone going through this. Besides the physical pain itβs emotionally and mentally demoralizing too. Self esteem takes a big hit with this type of acne.
